ATI’s Severe Series Refueling Tanks are built for the harshest environments, where standard tanks simply won’t hold up

Designed for off-road conditions and heavy-duty use, these tanks are constructed from .190" thick HD aluminum—50% thicker than standard models—and reinforced with fully welded internal baffles to control fuel movement. They’re engineered to handle larger pumps and rugged terrain with ease. With rollover-protected venting, a lockable SpinSecure cap, and pump-ready dual 2" bungs, these tanks are as functional as they are tough.

DOT-certified for transport with the pump attached, and approved for gasoline, diesel, aviation fuel, methanol, and kerosene, the Severe Series is built for real-world field use with full legal compliance.
